Legal
Effective August 22, 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and RoleFull. They apply when you create an account and whenever you use the platform. We wrote them to be short and plain, not to hide behind legal language. If you do not agree with them, please do not create an account.
RoleFull helps organizations coordinate members, events, and role sign-ups. We provide the software. The organizations that use it decide who may join, what events exist, what is expected of the people who sign up, and whether anyone is paid. We are not a party to your relationship with those organizations.
Joining an organization on RoleFull may require you to sign that organization's own onboarding agreement. That agreement is between you and the organization, not between you and RoleFull. These terms do not replace it, and it does not replace these terms. Organization admins can see your profile, your sign-ups, your check-ins, and any badges assigned to you within their organization.
You agree not to:
We may suspend or terminate an account that breaks these rules. If the breach is not serious, we will normally reach out first.
You keep ownership of everything you upload: your profile details, photos, notes, and invoices. You grant us permission to store and display that content for the purpose of running RoleFull and showing it to the people in your organization who are meant to see it. That permission ends when you delete the content or your account, except for backup copies that age out on a rolling schedule.
RoleFull can generate invoices and track compensation for work you do for an organization. We do not process payments and we do not hold funds. Whether, when, and how much you are paid is between you and the organization. Disputes about payment go to them, not to us.
We aim to keep RoleFull running, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. We may add, change, or remove features. If we make a change that materially reduces what you can do with the platform, we will give reasonable notice where we can.
You can delete your account at any time from your settings page. Deletion removes your profile, sign-ups, and personal identifiers as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or close an account that violates these terms or that we are required to close by law.
RoleFull is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred US dollars. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why, how long we keep it, and the choices you have. It is part of these terms.
If we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and notify you by email. Continued use of RoleFull after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
